Elections tomorrow in the U.S. and it's the first time ever that I've been interested in the general election. To no one's surprise our candidate is, without any doubt what so ever, mr. Donald Trump. Now I said this already in the early primaries. And it is my firm belief that a few years down the road, you will all refer to him as "Donnie", much like the fond nick name you've given old "Ronnie" Reagan. Donald Trump is not a hip name in Mexico (or anywhere else for that matter) and I can understand that if you never got over the rapist and drug dealer comment from way back when. But tomorrow, the american people will elect a new president for their country. And the interests of the american people are a lot better represented by Donald Trump than by Hillary Clinton.
Obama was painted as striking from below when he became the first black president eight years ago. But has any presidential candidate ever been met with as much resistance as Donald Trump? Outright hatred. The Democrats. The Republican establishment. Damn near all european leaders. Entertainment industry big shots. Media. The pope. They've all revealed an angle against him. He's been called racist, he's been called Hitler. It's been hinted that he'd just throw himself on that big, red nuke button somewhere in Pentagon. That he's a misogynist and a groper of defenceless maidens. That he wears an unfashionable toupée.
So it's about time some up scale, big name social media celebrities show their support to Donald Trump. So here's the head honcho wishing Donald Trump, and America the best of luck tomorrow.
I went to the yearly motorcycle fair in León on Friday and swung by again on Saturday. It seems to be one of, if not the biggest biker meet in Mexico and I've heard numbers hovering around 50,000 visitor mark. If thusly inclined, feel free to research the official number on your own. What I do know is that the Leon fair was completely swamped with bikers and motorcycles. Primarily chromed big Harleys, then a few crotch rockets, and but one dusty Japanese thumper.
There was a lot of accessories being sold by the numerous stands and among the things still hot for Mexican bikers, besides bull testicle key chains, are Nazi themed accessories. There were Swastica pins, SS pins, third reich patches - you name it. I couldn't help but think of the outrage if this had been Sweden or any other European country for that matter. And I guess I'm a bit damaged by political correctness because I ended up with a Suzuki pin for wifey, despite the vast availability of nazi themed accessories. The conclusion remains that Mexican bikers are still not as sensitive as their European counterparts.
Anyways, good fun. Bikers are a merry bunch. In general though, they could use a good dose of this to up their score in the style department. And you hear all these comments about "biker brotherhood" and whatever. The guy who stole my helmet mustn't have been a brother.
We just officially launched a new business: Head Honcho Manufacturing.
For the last two years, production services has seen even more growth than the ulbator brand. This year, for instance, manufacturing services to third parties will see about a 3 - 400% growth. That's why we decided to formalise said service, and thus HHM was launched (ahead of schedule, but it was always part of the plan). So now, you can partner up with the head honcho.
We are focusing on high quality / low volume production for the time being. Let all of your friends know.
Not for Pussies!
